RSL ( Restricted Service Licence) is regulated by Ofcom the office of communications The operating frequency will be issued by Ofcom. All licence applications must be requested no later than 6 weeks before the event *Operating coverage is subject to any licence restrictions. Licences are granted by Ofcom subject to their operating regulations , the cost of the licence will be dependent on the coverage required and the duration of the event
